Grateful Brass reimagines the iconic music of the Grateful Dead but with brass instruments taking the lead. One of the newest offshoots of Bay Area music collective Jazz Mafia, the project is made some of the finest musicians on the West Coast, who've long collaborated with artists in the Dead community – from Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and Joe Russo's Ain't Dead Yet, to Peter Rowan, Jackie Greene and Cold Blood.

This 4 song EP is a look into the hard work this band has been putting in over the past 2 years developing this ambitious project. Focusing on their instrumental songs, the EP journeys through Jazz, Global sounds, Funk, Classical and of course that New Orleans Brass Band magic.
